Who I work with
I work with charities, not for profit organisations, cultural organisations, SME Businesses, Foundations and philanthropists to “help you make a real difference” by working with you to solve problems, provide insights and overcome the many challenges that organisations face whether that is growing your business, sustaining and growing your charity or cultural organistion to help more people.

My approach
My approach as a consultant is to be a critical friend and support you to understand the issues, explore options and come up with solutions.
Through my consultancy services, my aim is to always leave all the members of your team or you personally at the end of any engagement with a real sense of ownership of any new plans, programmes, processes etc. with a focus on the future and a clear understanding of how to build on the work we will have done together and achieve long lasting outcomes for your organisation, customers and beneficaries.

Andrew Jermey-Boys
I am an experienced independent business consultant with over three decades of expertise in the charity, arts, education and SME sectors. Specialising in capacity building, governance, strategic planning, business planing, project management, and grants management, I help organisations achieve sustainable growth and impact. With a strong track record in business process development, team leadership, and fostering key relationships, I drive positive organisational change and deliver results across funding, operational management, and strategy.
I also offer interim managment services, along with coaching and mentoring to support your own growth as a manager.

I am pleased to be part of Consultants for Good, a UK-wide network of like minded independent consultants and trainers who work together, share the same values and ethos to operate with thoughtfulness and respect, support each and have complimentary skills, for example in marketing, diversity and HR to support the voluntary sector.
I am a Consultant with Eastside People, an Associate Consultant with Action Planning and IMPACT Funding and on the interim management panel for ACOSVO in Scotland.
I hold associate memberships of the Institute of Fundraising and the Institute of Consulting.
